About
Cape Town Furniture Week is a 4-day design festival for contemporary furniture, lighting and homeware in the heart of the city, taking place from 18 - 21 February 2026.

Attend
Taking place in showrooms, studios, and pop-up spaces, the festival features a programme of exhibitions, installations, talks and tours that invite both professionals and the public to discover and engage with contemporary South African design.
Cape Town Furniture Week is free to attend, with exhibition spaces open to the public over the four days, while most talks, tours and industry events require registration. Registered Design Professionals get early access to the event programme, which moves between different districts on each of the days. Anchoring the festival within the wider city-based programme is the Festival Hub, hosting exhibitions of new products and displays by over 40 exhibitors, including a number of special installations, and the CTFW x VISI Design Prize exhibition. The Festival Hub, this year located at 81 St George's Mall, is a great place to start for anyone attending Cape Town Furniture Week. Stay tuned for more information on the programme.

Exhibitors
Cape Town Furniture Week features close to 80 participating brands and designers, all showcasing new designs, collaborations or special installations. Exhibitors include independent designer-makers, emerging and established brands, and a growing number of international brands.
Exhibitors take part within their own showrooms or studios, or host pop-ups or collaborations in other spaces, including the central Festival Hub (81 St George's Mall).
